Mayukha (M) began his journey with Physioactive Ipswich after completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University. He enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about helping clients regain their self-efficacy and quality of life.

One of M’s greatest strengths is his ability to form genuine connections with patients of all ages. He values listening to their stories and perspectives, believing that every person brings a unique narrative to the rehabilitation process. This patient-centred approach underpins his commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each individual. For M, the most rewarding part of his work is knowing that even one patient has left feeling better and a step closer to where they want to be.

M’s clinical interests include the acute and chronic management of neck and back pain, with a growing focus on ankle rehabilitation. He is also experienced in providing hydrotherapy and assisting clients who are unable to tolerate land-based physiotherapy, gently guiding them toward meaningful strength and functional improvements.

Outside of physiotherapy, M is a passionate visual artist. He has illustrated four published children’s books in Denver, Colorado, and has received multiple national awards in Australian art competitions. At home, M enjoys the company of his golden retriever, Locky — an affectionate, strong-willed force of nature known for sighing dramatically as if he’s the one working 38 hours a week.
