Lisa graduated from the University of Queensland in 2020 and has worked in non-for-profit and private practices with the paediatric population. She has also worked in the public health sector with the adult population.

Lisa has a special interest in Pilates and integrating the principles of Pilates to improve strength and flexibility in children. She is very passionate about working on postural control and pelvic stability to improve a child’s ability to move in the world. She loves working with them to improve their confidence and functional capacity.

Lisa is committed to professional development and is currently undergoing her Masters of Physiotherapy (Paediatrics) at the University of Melbourne. When Lisa is not at work, she is organising her next holiday, catching up with friends, finding the next cafe that serves fun matcha drinks and trying new exercises in Pilates.
