Bridget is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with over six years of experience in the field, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pediatric motor skills development, and programs for endurance athletes. A graduate of the Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2017 (ACU) and the Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019 (ACU), Bridget has built a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
Currently serving as the Lead Exercise Physiologist at Physioactive Ipswich, Bridget manages a diverse caseload, guiding patients through tailored exercise interventions for various conditions and goals. In addition to providing clinical care, she mentors and supports the clinic’s new graduate program, sharing knowledge and fostering the professional development of emerging practitioners as well as facilitates practicum studies of university students.
With a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Bridget enjoys working the pediatric population in developing motor skills to promote lifelong physical activity and has presented at the Healthia New Graduate conference on ‘Exercise Interventions for the Paediatric Population’ from 2022-2024. She also works closely with endurance athletes, providing tailored training programs to enhance performance and working to reduce the incidence of overuse injuries.
Bridget enjoys running marathons and competing in triathlons in her spare time and spending time with her dog Frankie.
