Bailey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a strong focus on supporting individuals to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition strategies. I have a particular interest in chronic disease management and weight loss support, helping clients build sustainable habits to improve body composition, energy levels, and long-term health outcomes.

I regularly work with clients managing conditions such as insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk factors, high cholesterol, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome, providing practical nutrition interventions that align with medical management. My approach is realistic and client-centred, focusing on long-term behavioural change rather than short-term dieting, with an emphasis on consistency, education, and achievable goal setting.

My consultations focus on:

  • Thorough nutrition assessment and goal setting
  • Education tailored to the client’s knowledge level
  • Practical strategies including meal structure, snack planning, and food environment support
  • Evidence-based recommendations aligned with current guidelines
  • Collaboration with GPs and allied health to support integrated patient care

I provide written nutrition plans and actionable recommendations to support adherence, and I am happy to provide progress updates to referring practitioners when appropriate.
